Kari Forster
For Kari Forster, real estate has always been about people, relationships, and helping create a place where life’s best moments can unfold. Since the founding of The Forster Group, she has played an integral role in building the client experience and culture that clients have come to know and trust. Drawing from her background in art and education, Kari brings a unique blend of creativity, communication, and problem-solving to every aspect of the business.
Known for her enthusiasm, positive energy, and ability to think outside the box, Kari is often the source of the creative ideas that help make clients feel valued and cared for throughout their real estate journey. Whether developing memorable client experiences, finding solutions to unexpected challenges, or helping bring a vision to life, she believes that the little details often make the biggest difference. Her passion for serving others and creating meaningful connections has helped shape The Forster Group into a business built on relationships rather than transactions.
Outside of real estate, Kari is passionate about faith, family, and making a positive impact in the world. She attends Mill City Church and actively supports causes that protect and advocate for vulnerable people, including Life for the Innocent. Kari and her husband, Josh, are raising their three children in Northern Colorado, where they enjoy camping, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and taking advantage of everything Colorado’s outdoors have to offer. She believes that home is more than a place—it’s where memories are made, relationships grow, and life’s most meaningful stories begin.
